Group Training Sessions

Group training sessions are designed for three or more participants and provide a motivating, high-energy environment while ensuring personalized attention for each individual. These sessions focus on building strength, improving physique, and boosting confidence in a supportive group setting.

All participants are responsible for following safety instructions and completing exercises at their own pace. Packages or single sessions for group training are non-transferable, must be used within the agreed timeframe, and are subject to the same cancellation, no-show, and refund policies as individual sessions.
